gogotablet is a free and easy to use web application with one simple goal: helping you find the right tablet.

Every detail in this application was coded with the user in mind. A few quick examples:
  • Twitter Bootstrap and Font Awesome front-end framework
  • Ajax for the live search feels and quick results
  • Amazon price integration (no, we're not sponsored by Amazon...)

We promise that we will try our best to provide the most accurate and up to date information on all tablets within the current and future market. However, we can never guarantee that our data is 100% correct. If you find errors, have recommendations or even creative criticism, please feel free to contact us. We're sure there there will be questions...

Why are we only allowed to search and compare two tablets at once? Wouldn't a third or fourth column be even more useful?

The answer leads back to gogotablet's goal. We wanted to make a simple and intuitive application for helping you find the right tablet. Having a third and fourth column will only clutter the interface and slow down the application.



Aren't there already other tech and gadget blog sites with a similar applications?

Being avid internet surfers ourselves, we can assure you that there are multiple similar applications all over the web. However, they are usually very cluttered, unintuitive to use, slow, and hidden. Basically you always had to take extra steps and scour the depths of the internets to find them.



Why tablets? No seriously, why only tablets?

To answer this one, we'd like to refer to an old principle: KISS (keep it simple, stupid). Netbooks are dead. Phones are overdone. At the moment, tablets are a-go.



What does the Market Value and Battery Life Grade represent?

We wanted to make the General section a quick guide for tl;dr users. Essentially, the Market Value is a value generally out of 10. A value of 5 would mean the tablet is approximately worth $500 in the current market. Battery Life Grade can be summarized as such:

  • A = 15+ hours of mixed usage
  • B = 10-14 hours of mixed usage
  • C = 0-9 hours of mixed usage
